Regina Chip Repair (RCR) operates seasonally from April to October and is Regina's fastest growing windshield service company. With our bright red kiosk and fun personality, RCR will help serve all of Regina and surrounding communities.
We are now hiring Operators in Regina for the 2018 season beginning mid April 2018.
Summary:
As an Operator with RCR youll be communicating with customers, repairing windshield damage, selling repair plans, creating invoices, all while providing the customer a truly unique memorable experience. The best part? Youll be outside working independently, while still being part of a team!!
With support from an experienced manager in a fun company culture that likes to work hard and play hard, you are in for the best summer of your life!
Requirements:
- Must have excellent people and verbal skills and be willing to engage with customers
- Steady hands, confident and strong tool skills preferred
- Must be driven, motivated, and independent
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Access to a vehicle is a requirement
Although sales experience is preferred, no previous experience is necessary to work at RCR since we provide extensive on-site training. We pay a base wage and a competitive commission structure based on your individual sales, and customer reviews.
