Description

The Town of Outlook and the Rural Municipality of Rudy No. 284 are now accepting applications for a full-time 18 month term, maternity leave Office Clerk position.  Working hours would be Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to Noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.  Reporting to the Assistant Administrator, the applicant will be responsible for the front line customer service and will provide administrative support for various municipal departments within the office.  Position includes daily contact with the public and the expectation of courteous, prompt and efficient interaction.

Minimum Qualifications
    High School Diploma or Equivalent
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and basic accounting
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
Other Assets
    Experience writing minutes and policies
    Website and/or graphic design
    Account experience


The Town of Outlook offers a competitive salary range with a benefit package.  

Starting date would be May 01st, 2018.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a municipal setting.
