The successful candidate will assist the Office Manager with daily clerical duties, and reconciliation.

As well the Executive Assistant will also assist the General Manager with the following duties.  He/She will be responsible for website maintenance, assisting members with their specific requests, daily transactions, office organization, and other tasks as assigned. This person will become the face of the office to the members of the Royal Regina Golf Club.

Proficient use of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Golf would be considered assets when applying for this position.
