Description

The Human Resource Consultant is a professional position which performs a variety of specialized consulting and customized organizational development services in the areas of: recruitment and selection, job design, performance improvement management, employee orientation, disability management, strategic workforce planning, business process improvement, meeting facilitation and planning, and staff and organizational learning and development initiatives.

Facilitates activities on behalf of client managers and others, furthers strategic and value-added HRM contributions to the achievement of business goals and priorities, contributes to improved managerial effectiveness, facilitates informed human resource management decision-making, builds organizational capacity and resiliency; and provides strategic HRM leadership through the customization of effective HRM strategies for business needs.
