Summer Student JobWe are currently seeking a Coordinator of Member
Services, to join our team. The Saskatchewan Rugby
Union Coordinator of Member Services is available
to a summer student ending August 31st, 2018.
The Coordinator of Member Services will assist in
coordinating the member services process
including, but not limited to; member information
data maintenance, stakeholder and member club
relations, program marketing, website and social
media feed maintenance. They will also maintain
upkeep of all office equipment, supplies, and
storage areas as deemed necessary.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Proven high level administration skills with
attention to details
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy
office environment with periods of high volume
High Degree of resourcefulness and ability to
work independently as well as a team setting
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and
communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically
PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other computer based
applications
Work Setting
