Element Technical Services is a full service Hydraulic Fracturing, Stimulation and Coil service company.


We are currently accepting applications for: PARTS COORDINATOR

The Parts Coordinator will work directly with the Mechanics and Field Staff providing fast and
efficient parts servicing, orders and responding to parts enquiries while maintaining adequate shop inventory supplies. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and understanding of parts and services required for automotive, heavy duty equipment and industrial machinery. Reporting to the Operations Managers this role is responsible for providing inventory updates, sourcing suggestions and be an effective part of the Element Technical Services Team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and timely parts services to Mechanics and Field Staff as needed
- Identify, source and order parts from various suppliers
- Maintain adequate inventory supply of parts
- Receiving and cataloguing all parts; Inventory control
- Ensure all inventory supplies are organized and maintained in the shop
- Distribute parts as necessary
- Accurate and up to date inventory control of all parts and shop supplies, including item numbers, location of parts and category
- Prepare order requisitions for inventory replenishment
- Ability to advise on part usage as requested by Mechanics and Field Staff
- Other position related duties

Qualifications:
- Understanding of various parts and equipment required to maintain consistent operations
- Knowledge of materials handling and storage of various items
- Knowledge of the Fracturing and Coil Tubing industries
- 2- 5 years experience in a Parts Coordinator or similar positon
- Parts Technician course completion an asset but not a requirement
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driving record
