We are looking for a positive, flexible and versatile Team Leader (TL) with a positive attitude who has excellent organizational skills and is comfortable working with modern technology and a laptop.  The successful candidate will supervise the completion of inventory counts by our teams at our customers locations.

We Require:
    Supervisory experience in a team setting
    Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills
    Attention to detail and taking pride in your work
    Must enjoy a fast paced environment and have a sense of urgency
    Valid driver's license, clean driving record with  access to a reliable vehicle
    Willingness to travel out of town
    Availability to work a flexible schedule as defined by our customers including early morning, late nights, weekdays and weekends

Preference will be given to candidates who offer the following experience and abilities:
    Background in retail, hospitality or stocktaking
    Strong communication skills with ability to motivate others
    Ability to work without supervision
    Ability to prioritize, problem solve and make decisions
    Open availability
