Description

Position Summary:
Lead and direct production crew, making sure all safety and policies are followed while maximizing efficiency.  Be able to direct and motivate employees. Knowledge of all production equipment.  Continue communication between merchandising and operations.  Train colleagues on safety procedures and learn all computer programs to assist Superintendent.

Job Requirements:
-  High School diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience driving a forklift
-  Lift up to 60 lbs. on a routine basis
- Handle exposure to a dusty work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent computer and math skills
- Required to work overtime as needed


This is a full-time, hourly level position that offers a complete benefit package, including retirement, health, life, vision and dental insurance.
