Our Thermoforming Division in Regina is presently searching for a professional to fill the position of:

Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the Plant manager this position is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and supervision of the maintenance staff to ensure the timely and efficient working order of all production equipment.

The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs, work order and parts inventory systems; as well as ordering parts and issuing Purchase Orders.

Additionally this position will initiate and supervise repairs and projects by outside contractors to ensure the quality of their work and adherence to deadlines.

The Maintenance Supervisor will plan and control expenditures in accordance with the operating budget for that Department.

The Maintenance Supervisor will hold a Journeyman Inter - Provincial Trade certification -Industrial Mechanic/ Millwright with several years of Supervisory experience preferably in a unionized food manufacturing environment.
