POSITION:
Cornerstone Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated, independent self-starter to join our Marketing and Communication team. The purpose of the department is to provide support to the organization by participating in the development and implementation of organizational research and business marketing plans.The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for research, analysis, design and development of the credit union's business intelligence system. This person will have a strong knowledge in data analyis and business intelligence development; they will have a clear understanding of business requirements and be able to translate those requirements into technical and data requirements. They will generate professional reports and specialize in understanding the data contained, highlighting trends of importance in making credit union management business decisions.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing and Communications the successful candidate will be responsible for research, analysis, design and development of advanced business intelligence and data analytics. They will research, test, interpret and validate data to understand and provide recommendations for implementation of new credit union system platforms, processes, project specific software and products. They will contribute to the financial success of the credit union by identifying and recommending strategic and tactical direction gathered a result of their analysis.
The successful candidate may choose to work at any of the credit union's nine branches. This position is permanent and full time (37.5 hours per week).
