As the primary Administrative Assistant in our client's office, you will provide administrative support, maintain the database and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
You will:
- Provide administrative support including word
processing, preparation of letters, reports and
filing.
- Provide accurate and timely data entry/processing information within the database system.
- Respond to telephone enquiries, and provide
customer service support to clients.
Education & Experience:
- Grade 12. Additional office education/training considered an asset.
- Relevant office administration and
database experience.
Computer:
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel
and database programs.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Friendly and easygoing personality (customer service is important).
- Strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organized and reliable.
- Motivated self-starter who represents the business with a positive professional attitude.
