Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Financial Administrative Assistant in their Regina branch.  If you are a detail-oriented professional looking to further your administrative career and deepen your financial experience, we want to hear from you!

Your specific duties will include:
- Complete account reviews, data entry and reconciliation as you process payments
- Investigate items as required (over payments, missed payments, etc.) and provide reports
- Prioritize tasks and provide necessary follow up
- Answer telephone and in-person inquiries from clients
- Manage the main filing system (manual, electronics, and contacts)
- Support staff in assigned project-based work
- Order supplies/printed materials and provide general administrative support

Education & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a reception/administration position, preferably in a financial setting
- Financial services background a definite asset
- Office education an asset

Personality/Desired attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to foster and maintain friendly, efficient working relationships with clients, associates, suppliers, and staff
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills.
- Appreciation for and adherence to rules and procedures
