Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ is a growing food service business operating across Western Canada. We are National and World BBQ Champions. Our Regina catering and food truck business is mature with lots of room to grow. We are looking for someone to work in our Regina operations.

POSITION TITLE: Catering and Food Truck Operator
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time (Seasonal)
POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for someone to lead a catering team and occasionally operate our food truck.
DUTIES
- Supervise and cook all menu items for large events, coordinate service with existing staff
- Maintain our reputation for championship-quality food and excellent customer service
- Drive to events (some out of town); tow/park trailer, cook and serve - Identify and solve problems
- Cook food for food truck, operate food truck in Regina

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of restaurant and/or customer service experience or equivalent - Safe Food Handler's certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with customers and team members
- Energetic, flexible, high-level of initiative and a quick study
- Solid organizational, time management, problem solving, and delegation skills
