About the Role Our Code Mobile Communications Lead will deliver inspiring educational experiences with our Code Mobile and help us ensure that we reach or exceed our learner goals across all of our programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan regional trips for one of our Code Mobiles
Be the main point of contact for each event partner and ensure that the team knows where they need to go, what the needs of the event are so that execution is flawless
Participate in the delivery of workshops and events as a mentor and lead instructor
Support event partners in promoting their events, as needed. This might be helping with registration efforts, finding venues and more
About You
You have a fully graduated drivers license (for example, G Class, Class 5, etc.). This is an absolute must
You have experience in leadership roles with youth - mentoring, teaching, coaching, ideally teaching in camp and/or classroom environments
Not technical? No problem. The first little while in this role will be a technical crash course, getting you trained on basic coding.
Work Hours and Environment This is a full-time position
Contract Length This is a contract that begins as soon as possible and ends March 31st, 2019, with the potential for an extension!
Salary Range $40,000-$45,000 annually.
15 days of vacation annually
Up to 10 Personaldays
Extra time off (usually one week) during Organization downtime in December
