Brandt Developments has a position available for a Electrical and Mechanical Coordinator in our Regina location. Responsibilities include:


    Handling administrative tasks on various construction projects
    Expedites information flow and produces correspondence required for onsite technicians and tradesmen
    Attends and participates in job conference meetings
    Receives, processes and interprets submittals and RFIs
    Tracks work activities to provide accurate schedule updates
    Project start-up and organization of job codes and allocations
    Working with project managers on documentation of projects and contract administration
    Managing the internal filing system
    Assist with weekly or monthly reporting as required
    Ability to understand and follow proper safety techniques in accordance with company, community and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
    Grade 12 Diploma
    Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a construction related work environment
    Exceptional communication and organizational skills
