Brandt Road Rail currently has a position for Sales Manager in Regina, SK. This position will be responsible for the sale of Brant Rail equipment and services to the Rail industry customers (railways, transits, industrial users, etc.) concentrating on maximizing sales volume and gross profit dollars.
Manage all aspects of the sales of Rail equipment and services to customers
Manage a team of sales personnel to establish strong relationships with Rail customers with the main focus on maximizing sales and margin
Working with the VP of Sales to develop an action plan
Establish strong relationships/partnerships with key customers
Assist and manage Sales team in creating strong relationships and partnerships
Manage sales reporting activities in regular sales meetings
Work with Brandt's engineering team, estimating team and Project Managers
Identify and evaluate new Markets/Products and establish Brandt in the profitable ones
Work with Marketing team to promote and aid in product and brand awareness with Rail customers
Prepare technical and commercial presentations and proposals and assist sales team
Identify and resolve customer concerns working with Brandt Customer Service department
Prepare customer status reports, including activity, closing, follow up and prospects reports as required
Establish sales and gross margin targets with and for you sales team
Represent the company at industry trade shows and conventions
65% travel is required.
