Responsibilities:
- Provide strong administrative support to the companys internal/external users and clients.
- Provide reception support and respond to general calls and email enquiries.
- Schedule service calls, prepare work orders, complete forms/paperwork and client invoices.
- Word processing and spreadsheet support; prepare reports.
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide accounts payable support when needed.
- Open/send and distribute mail and courier packages.
- Scan, file and retrieve documents.
- General office duties.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma/Certificate in office/business administration is an asset.
- 2-3 years related business administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and able to learn new programs quickly.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Creative with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a high level of accountability and dependability.
