Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a professional role within the Ag Industry? Lloyd Co-op is seeking an experienced manager for an Ag Facility. The duration of employment will be approximately 15 to 16 months with an opportunity for a possible extension.
The Ag Retail Manager is responsible for the organization and co-ordination of the Agro Centre. This includes:
* managing, coaching and supporting staff in all areas of the Ag Centre
* plan and direct day-to-day operations
*Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided
* ensuring proper housekeeping of Agro Centre
* adhering to and support all safety related policies and procedures
* inventory and pricing
* other duties as required
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience working in an Agro Centre; preferably at a leadership level
Diploma in Administration or Agriculture
