GT Pharmacy located in Giant Tiger is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative Pharmacist for casual shifts and manager vacation coverage.
The Pharmacist will support the patient through their health journey by providing care with a focus on prevention of disease and the promotion of healthy living. The Pharmacist will be dedicated to excellence in delivering pharmacy services to the community.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Licensed to practice in Saskatchewan
Maintain Continuing Education requirements
Possess effective communication skills to counsel, educate and instruct patients, staff and other healthcare professionals
Experience with pharmacy software programs (Kroll is an asset)
Additional Certifications/Accreditations in professional disease management an asset
