Peg's Kitchen is looking for a new, experienced Cook.
. Must be available on Saturdays. Candidates must have completed Grade 12 and have a minimum of 2 years experienced as a commercial cook.
Main duties include:
- Prepare and cook meals
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Unpack, portion and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Clean kitchen, work area, and dishes
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Will train other kitchen staff
