Description

This is a 1 year contract position in Lloydminster, SK. With a Monday to Friday 7:30  4PM working schedule. Minimal to no travel requirement Candidate must be very collaborative, strong team member who values open communication and a go get em drive.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Senior Trades, Maintenance Foreman and Operations to develop planned work.
Manage PM plans, develop new/refine existing plans, and analyze plans for efficiency
Participate in maintenance review meetings with Operations, Maintenance Foreman, and Schedulers to:
o Discuss ongoing activities
o Prioritize activities
o Review upcoming planned work for the next two weeks
o Identify maintenance requirements which may have been overlooked
Check SAP variance for new plans that are released and send out vetting emails to verify equipment on plans is correct.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 3 years related maintenance experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and/or power generation industries
Good working knowledge and experience with a Computer Centralized Maintenance System (CCMS) (e.g. SAP PM, Maximo, etc.)
Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite  especially Word and Excel
Understanding of procurement and materials management practices
Ability to simultaneously manage a variety of tasks and priorities
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge and experience with safe work practices in oil and gas production accompanied by a superior safety attitude

NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree, Technical Diploma, or Trades Certificate
Working knowledge and experience with reliability and operational integrity
Supervisory/leadership experience
Experience with maintenance philosophies, standards, strategies, practices, and processes within the energy industry
