We specialize in the design and construction of townhomes, apartment-style condominiums, commercial development and single-family homes. Established in 2011, our ownership and management team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, engineering, and architectural design.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a full time Graphic Designer/Administrator to join our Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and be willing to work in a young and vibrant office setting.  If you have a solid understanding of Graphic and print media design as well as experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, and Excel; this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.
Compensation will vary depending on the qualifications of the individual; and can be adjusted accordingly for the right person who is willing to grow in the roll and take on additional responsibility.  Compensation will include a full benefits package (ie. health, dental, life insurance) as well as a staff purchase program which can help you own your own home.

Graphic design responsibilities include designing, coordinating, and procuring the following:
    Business Cards
    Marketing Materials
o    Banners
o    Brochures
o    Pamphlets
o    Advertisements
    Project Logo Design
    Design and maintain social media pages.

Administration Duties and Responsibilities
    Answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff member
    Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
    Perform administrative duties as required
    Act as a liaison between Baydo and clients and trades.


Qualifications:
    Graduate from a graphic design program.
    1-2 Years experience


Knowledge of the following:
-    Adobe Software Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
-    A firm understanding of visual design principles.
