Frontline Industrial Solutions Ltd. invites applications for the position of Technical Sales Coordinator with our growing team in Saskatoon.  

Responsibilities:
-Create tailored proposals and presentation decks for current and prospective clients.
-Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
-Conduct and document the outcome of cold calls with potential clients.
-Draft, edit and finalize proposals for submission to clients.
-Write clearly, concisely and in a compelling way that suits various audiences and addresses RFQ/RFP requirements.
-Ensure the accuracy of RFQ/RFP question responses.
-Ensure the professional presentation of the RFQ/RFP submissions, in a manner that increases the users' understanding of the advantages of Frontline's services.
-Organize material, rapidly assimilate information and collaborate with internal and external resources throughout the proposal process.
-Review technical and marketing materials to ensure comprehensiveness, style and consistency.
-Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
-Maintain proposal content database and sales CRM.
-Work with Frontline management team to develop sales projections and targets.
-Various administration duties including printing, collating, binding, distribution of proposal, etc.
-Associated marketing and administration activities as required.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have completed post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Engineering or Technology and posses strong communication skills.  A demonstrated ability and skill working with Microsoft Office and strong desktop publishing skills is required as is the ability to organize, prioritize and manage people and information in an environment with competing deadlines.
