Description

We bring advocacy and compassion to our clients
LSAIC provides crisis intervention services, support, and education to Lloydminster and surrounding communities. The Crisis Interventionist is a Full Time, salaried position.

A successfull candidate for this position will:

         Possess strong facilitation skills and comfort with public speaking
         Demonstrate an understanding and compassion for our clients
         Have a clear understanding and ability to deliver crisis intervention
         Be willing to travel to surrounding communities to deliver services
         Posess a reliable vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursed by agency)
         Demonstrate good communication skills
         Work well in a team environment
         Have excellent computers skills; being proficient in all of Microsoft Office - including Publisher
         Be available to work a rotating on-call schedule
         Show creativity and ability to develop programs
         Possess strong time-management and organizational skills        

Preferred qualifications are:
        Human Services Degree, or related diploma, with a minimum of two years of related experience.
        Must possess a valid Driver's License

Upon a successful interview the new team member will be required to provide;
         Current Criminal Record Check
         Child Welfare Check - AB & SK
         Driver's Abstract
         Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
