An Individual who helps people with barriers to learn and perform their work duties. We have a one year contract and require part time/casual job coach positions. Hours of work will be dependent upon client need. Work will be in the Weyburn/Estevan and surrounding communities.
Responsibilities
Transporting the individual to their place of employment
Liaising with the employer
Proactively identifying challenges and problem solving for the mutual benefit of the employer and the employee
Reporting to the Employment Consultant

Requirements
Class 5 Drivers license with clear drivers abstract
Criminal Record Check with vulnerable persons check
$2 million liability insurance
Reliable personal vehicle
