Description

The Lloydminster Interval Home (LIH) Society is rapidly emerging as a leading edge and comprehensive human services agency with a Mission to provide safety, support and education by empowering the children, youth, adults and communities we serve. We are now looking to either promote or recruit a COO-level talent to take this dynamic non-profit corporation to the next level. Applicants are required with proven Leadership, Finance, Management, Business Development, Fund Raising and Community Relations experiences and skills. Candidates should have a minimum Bachelors Degree in business or the human services field, and at least 5+ years of progressive and senior management experience in the human services sector. To help support our exciting growth and transformation, we are looking for individuals with superior relationship building and communication skills, and with the desire and capacity to meet new challenges. The right candidate must also clearly demonstrate that he/she is the right fit for our RICH values  i.e. must demonstrate strong attributes of Respect, Integrity, Compassion and Honesty. A career history in working with vulnerable populations, and specifically with domestic violence and abuse or with youth-related risks and development, would be a definite asset.

The COO must be willing to live and/or relocate to Lloydminster and become a leader in our community. Compensation and benefits for this position are negotiable, following demonstration of interest and suitable attributes, experience and skills.
