Cut potato seed, weed cabbage and potatoes using hoes, thin cabbage by hand, move 4" irrigation pipe and wheel lines through cabbage and potatoes, carry 10lb., 25lb. and 50lb. cabbage sacs/cartons to weigh stations in field, weigh and stack cabbage on pallets, cut cabbage/cauliflower using knives,pick cucumbers, pick dirt off potato conveyors and harvesters, working up to 13 consecutive days during irrigation and harvest periods sometimes 12 hours per day. Stacking, sorting and palletising various packs of potatoes. Visually sorting potatoes, working in a team environment. Cleaning/sanitizing packing and harvest equipment, record keeping of all food safety SOP's, Monday thru Saturday; average work day 10hrs per day.
