AGI-Envirotank in Biggar, SK requires an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Client/Customer Relations/Receiving and Directing Visitors.
- Receptionist duties.
- Operate & maintain all office equipment.
- Supply ordering.
- Daily bank deposits and petty cash reconciliation.
- Mail sorting & distribution.
- Entering and tracking work orders.
- Monitoring and managing incoming emails to company mailbox.
- Assist in making travel, meeting and event arrangements.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
- Pleasant with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters.
- Previous Accounting, Payroll and/or Human Resource experience would be a definite asset.
- Must be willing to relocate.
- Must be a permanent resident of Canada.
