TCU Financial Group now has a career opportunity for a Permanent Full Time Systems Support Technician, located in Saskatoon.
Position Overview:
As part of the Systems Department, this position will provide systems administration support to internal clients as well as the Systems Team members. This includes:
~ Administering help desk requests
~ Administering systems and application user authorization, set up and modifications
~ Testing the banking system and other software applications in preparation for upgrades and enhancements
~ Modifying documentation to support process changes and application upgrades
Qualifications:
~ 1 - 3 years of technology support and/or financial industry experience combined with a Technical Institute Diploma/Certificate
~ Motivated and highly organized able to work under pressure and time constraints
~ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to positively contribute to a team environment
Compensation:
An attractive compensation package is available which includes Group Benefits and a 7% matched Pension Plan. Salary commensurate with skills and qualifications.
