Description

Core Industrial Services L.P. is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright to be based in our Esterhazy, SK location.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Inspection, installation, adjustment, and maintenance of mechanical machines and equipment on site.
Machine troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventative maintenance.
Dismantling, repairing, and assembling equipment as required and in line with manufacturers' specifications and recommended standards.
Safely operate specific units of mobile equipment including overhead and mobile cranes.
Full knowledge and use of drawings, prints, sketches, and parts manuals.
Thorough knowledge and use of a micrometer, dial indicators, and other tools necessary to achieve the settings and tolerances required.
Safely work from a ladder, platform, staging scaffold, swing stage, or a mobile equipment basket.

Requirements will include:  
A recognized, valid, Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic's Certificate.
Safe utilization and care of power and hand tools.
Cutting and welding practices.
Employment is subject to successfully completing a pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
Mining experience considered to be an asset.
