Redhead Equipment has an opportunity available for a Product Support Representative

Description:

This position is responsible for providing support and product information in the areas of Precision Farming and Precision Machine Control to an already existing customer base in Northern Saskatchewan.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
- Extensive Precision Farming and Precision Machine Control technology
- Have previous sales, parts or service experience
- Comfortable in an instructional capacity with groups and on the telephone
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to develop training programs and curriculum
- Consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Be willing to travel the assigned territory calling on customers for their parts and service needs, as well as developing new business opportunities
- A positive and team oriented attitude is a must
