Facility: REGIONAL OFFICE (WEYBURN)
Job Description: The Employment Services Coordinator is responsible to carry out generalist Human Resource functions using a team approach. The incumbent assists Sun Country Health Region managers and supervisors with recruitment and internal staffing processes including posting, advertising, processing new hires, transfers, resignations and orientation. These functions must be consistent with collective agreements and the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Sun Country Health Region.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree/diploma in the area of Human Resources, Organization Leadership , Organization Development/Effectiveness, Business Administration or a related field
Human Resources training considered an asset
Experience
Three (3) or more years of Human Resources experience including administering collective agreements. Experience with payroll systems is an asset.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Valid drivers license
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective teams and maintain relations based on trust, accountability, and open communications
Other Information

Access to a reliable vehicle as travel is required

Geographic Location: Weyburn
Expected Start Date: April 9, 2018
