Thorpe Industries Ltd. is expanding! We are an established company that was formed in the fall of 2015 in Prince Albert, SK. As a fast-growing company, we require a Contract Administrator to join our team.
As a Contract Administrator your duties will include but are not limited to:
Entering sales and purchase contracts
Monthly and weekly billings
Working with Project Managers to ensure successful monthly billings
Assisting with project close outs
Contract reconciliations
Accounts receivable calls
Maintenance manuals preparations
Assist with payroll and accounts payable when needed
Liaise with lead accountant and clerical staff
This role would require the successful person to handle a variety of different tasks that are linked not only directly but also indirectly to their specific job title
Qualifications
Experience in the construction industry
Knowledge of lien act and payment processing in construction
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
Ability to think outside the box
