Axons software package is used in the transportation industry throughout North America. We are looking for outgoing, professional individuals want to work at a highly energetic, fast-growing company.
Your main role will be to take material that seems complicated and show somebody how simple it really is, and how they can use it in their own business. Training is done in one-on-one or small-group situations, and your pupils will be the staff of companies that have purchased Axons accounting software package. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude that will shine through in their work.
You will be part of a team that prides itself on providing clients with the best technical support and training in the industry.
Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
-Gain a thorough understanding of Axon Software and the training curriculum. Be able to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of unique clients.
-Provide courteous and efficient software training. Strong verbal communication skills and patience with clients will be important.
-Develop schedules, plan training sessions, and practice good time-management
-Draw on the expertise and experience of fellow technical support members and developers to come up with solutions in an accurate and timely manner. We are a tight-knit group, so it is important that you can be a team player and work well with others.
-Document information from telephone and email conversations with clients, paying special attention to detail. Strong written communication skills are necessary.
Education/Qualifications:
Preferred applicants will have 2 or more of the following:
-A post-secondary diploma in teaching, finance, accounting, or any related field of study
-Experience with other accounting software packages (Ex. Quickbooks, Simply Accounting, Peach Tree, Accpac)
-Past experience in positions related to teaching, tutoring, or customer-service
-Familiarity with computers and a variety of software
