Description

Evolution Fitness Regina is now accepting applications for the Director of Facility and Maintenance.   This is a hands-on position that involves travelling between our 4 locations ensuring the clubs are operational and clean.
This position will require a variety of tasks such as: prioritizing projects, managing, coordination and completing building maintenance projects, providing status updates on current projects, ordering of supplies, staffing the janitorial department, completing any/all cleaning tasks as needed, all with a positive and productive attitude.

Skills
-    Construction Experience that includes: Painting, Dry Wall, Changing ceiling lights, changing basketball nets, fixing basic wear and tear of the building
-    Previous building maintenance management will be highly favored
-    Working off hours if needed
-    Experience in management is mandatory (janitorial department specifically will be considered an asset)

Responsibilities Include:
-    Provide daily maintenance and an understanding when to out-source if absolutely necessary.    
-    Recruit, Source, Hire and train janitorial staff
-    Provide ongoing support to the janitorial staff, including hands-on cleaning and training
-    Manage inventory of club equipment that pertains to janitorial and building maintenance

Qualifications:
-    Computer knowledge
-    Experience using email
-    Valid Drivers License (with Drivers Abstract)
-    Being able to lift and move up to 50lbs on a regular basis
