- Serve Customers in-store and/or on the phone.
- Quote building materials & write up orders. Ensure paperwork is accurate and customer receives product when required.
- Develop a professional relationship with customers to build trust and loyalty towards the company.
- Assist Contract Sales and Retail Sales Associates as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Knowledge of Building Materials/Tools as well as general construction practices is an asset.
- Must have working knowledge of computer systems including Word & Excel.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
