Description

We are seeking a mature organized individual for a File Clerk/ Administrative Assistant position in a busy Residential & Commercial property leasing company to manage and organize our filing system and general office work. You will organize paperwork according to an efficient filing system and digitalize all-important documents. You will be expected to protect and update files as well as make them easily accessible to executive staff.  In addition you will be required to implement and update a computer database.  We will also require you to perform Administrative duties such as; answer phones, open and distribute mail, pay bills, type letters as needed, Process rent payments, and Monitor inventory of office supplies and report shortages.

We are hoping to find a candidate who will have formal training
and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience. We are looking for a
person with strong organizational and time management skills;
detail oriented and must be computer proficient. We are
hoping to find a friendly, responsible and resourceful individual
who can work well independently and as part of a team.

We are offering a full time, long-term position, with regular Mon-Fri
business hours. Permanent part-time would be considered for
experienced retirees. Salary will be evaluated according to
experience and will include a full benefits package.




Requirements:
    Proven Experience as a File/ Office Clerk
    Excellent knowledge of filing systems both paper & Computer
    Excellent knowledge of MS office & office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
    Stellar organizational skills
    Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
    Dependable with a great respect for confidentiality and polices.

Security & safety:
    Criminal record check
    Basic Security clearance

Transportation & Travel Information:
    Must have current driver licence
    Own Transportation
