Communications Assistant
To qualify you must be a current full time student returning to school in fall
Full time - May to September (dates negotiable)
$14/hour

This is a unique opportunity to add to your resume, an experience working for both a provincial organization and a national organization.
Duties will include:
1. Assist with marketing brain injury prevention programs for children, youth, athletes and coaches.
2. Assist with organizing and marketing a fundraising walkathon.
3. Assist with preparation for events and on site at events.
4. Create and present hands on, computer and static displays and/or presentations
5. Assist with preparation of written & printed materials such as newsletters, brochures, videos, power point presentations.
Required Skills:
EXCELLENT Computer Skills ? MS Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and design programs
Excellent Organizational Skills with an eye for details.
Strong Research and Writing skills ? with excellent grammar and spelling
Strong Communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative
