TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time - permanent
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Accounting and bookkeeping experience using computerized accounting software - Simply Accounting
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
DUTIES:
Customer service, sales invoices, operate cash register and POS machine, as well as daily cash out, answer phones, process cash, cheques and debit/credit/fleet card payments, enter daily sales, maintain accounts receivables and accounts payables, prepare bank deposits and reconciliations, remittances for GST & PST, update various spreadsheets, order office supplies, update inventory data and other general office duties.
