TimeLine Logistic is currently looking for an Maintenance Manager. Reporting to the President and Operations Manager, this person will be responsible for ensuring that all company equipment is maintained to our high standards.
This position will be responsible for identifying and caring for maintenance and repairs. Along with the following responsibilities;
    Monitor the quality of work performed by 3rd party vendors; ensure that mechanical work done on fleet is accurately completed,
    Ensure the effective performance and continual improvement of the Preventative Maintenance programs,
    Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair needs,
    Manage the maintenance department and all activities related to facility maintenance and equipment repair,
    Confers with management resolve maintenance problems and recommend measure to improve operations and condition of systems and equipment,
    Track vehicular defect sheets; prioritize and schedule repairs,
    Track and report on maintenance and mechanical jobs,
    Maintain all vehicle and maintenance paperwork and ensure that all documents are up to date,
    Review and revise systems, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of maintenance activities,
    Monitor accurate invoicing of and 3rd party vendors,
Job Requirements
Class 1A with trucking experience
Mechanical background
Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles
