Facility: SOUTHWEST INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE FACILITY
Job Description: The Dietician develops implements and teaches nutrition care plans for facility in-patients, residents, district out-patients, and Home Care clients as required. The Dietician provides health promotion and disease prevention activities and staff in-services and consultation as necessary. The incumbent will also participate in a variety of committees as required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Accredited Dietetic Internship
Registered or eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Experience
Excellent knowledge of basic nutrition and therapeutic adaptations
Other Information

Field Hours

This  is a multi-site rural Long Term Care position. Position reports to the Regional Manager of Nutrition and Food Service. Travel is required.
Shifts consist of 08:00 to 16:30
Expected Start Date: April 25, 2018
FTE: 0.64

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
In a 3 week rotation: 9 shifts of 8.00 hours
