MLTC Health & Social Development Department is seeking a dynamic motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Community Health Program Director.

Under the supervision of the Director of Health, the role of Community Health Program Director is to provide program management, policy direction, supervision and financial over-site to the following community health programming for the MLHSDA Inc. The Community Health Program Director will be dedicated to supporting and enhancing community health programs in the MLFNs and providing some direct services as outlined in the MLTC 2017 Health plan for more info visit our website @ www.mltc.net.
