Reporting to the President, the successful candidate in this position will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing business development objectives, programs and budgets in collaboration with the executive leadership team.

The Role:
Conducting competitive analysis and collecting intel to further the business practices of the target organizations service offerings according to their lifecycle within untapped influential referral circles
Building on existing revenue streams through new offerings or value add programs
Work with the team to gather intelligence, strengthen relationships and identify other potential opportunities
Map target clients by business needs, industry specialization and lifecycle to understand potential opportunities
Responsible for cultivating and nurturing strategies to build clients planning, developing, and implementing business development objectives, programs, and budgets
The Ideal Candidate:
A seasoned business development professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience
Proven ability to manage complexity and change while looking ahead of industry life cycles
Strategic and self-disciplined
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Definite hunter with great competency to follow-up and close the deal
Strong collaboration skills and high-stress tolerance
MUST be available to travel approximately 60% of the time including international travel
