We are currently recruiting for a Grow Team Sales Partner to join our expanding GROW Team.  
Principle Accountabilities:
    deliver a comprehensive package of on farm services to local producers with extensive day travel in the assigned territory.
    administer and carry out an extensive on farm contact program and maintain detailed records
    market and distribute GROW Team products to new and existing customers
    adapt to changing market conditions and grower needs while communicating regularly with both producers and the GROW Team professionals
As a member of our GROW Team of agri-business professionals, the successful candidate must be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, have a proven track record in agronomy sales / services and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated team. The ideal candidate will hold an Ag Degree or Diploma and be willing to obtain the CCA designation or equivalent.  Candidates with a relevant combination of education and agricultural experience along with a proven track record in relationship building and sales may be considered.
