Facility: Quality Management
Job Description: As a member of the Quality Management Team, with the goal of improving quality and safety for patients, clients and residents of the PAPHR, the Quality Improvement Nurse Educator is accountable for the development and implementation of quality improvement processes and projects. The Quality Improvement Nurse Educator is a leader, educator, facilitator, motivator and coordinator of quality improvement programs and initiatives implemented by the region's clinical staff and departments.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
Requires a minimum of three to five years nursing experience.
Experience with continuous quality improvement methodology and tools, and project management preferred.
Experience in developing programs and resources for staff and clients required.
Experience in group facilitation, design and delivery of clinical educational programming required.
Proficiency demonstrated in Word, Excel and Power Point.
