The Prince Albert Housing Authority provides housing programs and services to seniors and the vulnerable. As the Tenant Relations Manager, you will lead and oversee housing programs and services that enhance quality of life for clients. In this role, you will work closely with community agencies and human services organizations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and coach a talented team to enable the housing authority to meet it's goals and objectives. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you embrace change, respect diversity, can influence others through effective communication, enjoy solving challenging problems and resolving conflicts.
To be successful in this role, you have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar with a focus on public program delivery and service, combined with seven years' related experience in social services, healthcare, or similar; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
