  Job Title: Front Desk Guest Service Agent

  Details: Reporting to Front Office Management, sell rooms to maximize room revenue to ensure guest satisfaction and to maintain the best possible relations through courteous and positive dealings.

Front Desk experience is necessary.  Post secondary education would be an asset.  Excellent telephone etiquette and attention to detail is required.  Will be capable of dealing with guest concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.  Must be self motivated; work well with others and with little or no supervision.  Must have previous hotel industry experience and Windows based computer experience.

Hours of Work:  Must be available for all shifts; days, evenings, weekends.
 
  Wage/Salary Info: $11.98 per hour
