	Details:	Sun West School Division invites applications for the position of Vice-Principal in Westberry School, Kindersley, SK, starting the 2012/13 school year. Westberry School is a Pre-K to Grade 7 school with a projected enrolment of 287 students for the 2012/13 school year.   Westberry School is currently staffed with a strong team consisting of 34 teaching and support staff members. The Vice-Principal's role is a key leadership position, forming an integral part of an educational team providing shared, critical leadership within our educational community. The teaching assignment will be determined in consultation with the Principal. We are seeking a professional who can demonstrate: interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to lead within the school improvement process and supervision for the improvement of instruction;   a leadership style characterized by collaborative decision-making and high visibility in the school with both students and teachers;   proven teaching and administrative abilities at the Kindergarten to Grade 12 levels;   a positive image of school to the community at large;   a history of positive relations with students, parents, and staff;   a focus on student achievement.
