Job Description:
Cummins Western Canada has an immediate opening for a Branch Administrator in Lloydminster. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the position will be primarily responsible for the following:
    Providing parts sales to shop customers
    Assisting with 24/7 parts on an on-call basis
    Data entry of invoices and work orders
    Filing, ordering supplies and various other administrative tasks
    Opening and closing customer and warranty work orders
    Providing quotes to customers
    Completing after service event follow up calls and documenting results
    Providing warranty administration

Requirements:
    Background in service or parts is an asset
    Must have good computer skills
    Previous experience in a customer service role
    Basic product and warranty process knowledge an asset
    Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
    Good organizational and computer skills
    Excellent work habits and ability to work on a team
