Are you an experienced paint prepper looking for a change? Do you want to prep vehicles for powder coating? Our paint prep detailers are responsible for preparing aluminum bodies and pieces going through the powder coating process, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. We require employees with: o Experience in metal grinding, sanding and/or auto body preparation o A logical mind and a proven ability to problem solve o Experience and proficiency with hand and power tools o A cooperative attitude and willingness to learn We offer our employees: o 4 day work week - Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. o Competitive starting wages and regular compensation reviews. o Life, disability, health and dental benefits. o Opportunities for advancement.
